Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Kadora — Wenzhou Kadora Trading Co., Ltd. — including the kadoratrading.com website and Kadora internal applications (such as tools that connect to Google services via OAuth). It describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our site, submit a trade inquiry, or when authorized staff use Kadora business tools.

We are a B2B bedding manufacturer and wholesale supplier. Our website is intended for commercial buyers, not consumer retail checkout.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Business contact details you submit voluntarily: company name, contact name, business email, phone number, country, and message content via contact, wholesale, or sample request forms.
• Order and trade correspondence: SKU interests, MOQ requirements, shipping destinations, and communication records needed to fulfill wholesale or OEM requests.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate region — collected through server logs and analytics tools.
• Cookie and tag data: identifiers set by our site and by Google Analytics / Google Ads tags described in Section 5.
• Google OAuth data (authorized staff only): when an authorized Kadora operator connects our internal campaign-management application to Google Ads, Google provides OAuth tokens and API responses (campaign names, ad groups, keywords, budgets, performance metrics). We do not collect Google account passwords.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Respond to trade inquiries, quotes, sample requests, and wholesale account applications.
• Process orders, coordinate production, shipping, customs documentation, and after-sales support.
• Improve website performance, security, and user experience.
• Measure marketing effectiveness (including Google Ads and analytics).
• Manage Kadora-owned Google Ads campaigns through our internal tooling, operated only by authorized personnel.
• Comply with legal, tax, and customs obligations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use website form data for unrelated advertising lists.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

For visitors in jurisdictions requiring a legal basis: we process business contact data to perform pre-contract steps and fulfill trade relationships (contract / legitimate interest), and we process analytics data based on legitimate interest in operating and improving a commercial website. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or tags, we rely on your browser settings and applicable consent mechanisms.

5. Google services & API use

Our website and internal operations use Google services. This section explains what those services may collect or access:

• Google Analytics (GA4): measures page views, sessions, and traffic sources. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies. See Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Ads conversion tracking: records when a visitor completes a configured conversion action (for example, submitting a lead form). Tag ID AW-18118399574 is installed on kadoratrading.com.
• Google Ads API (internal Kadora tool): authorized operators may grant OAuth access so our server can read and update Kadora-owned ad campaigns. Access is limited to staff accounts under our control. OAuth refresh tokens are stored in secure server environment variables, not in public website code. We use this access only to manage Kadora advertising — not to access unrelated Google user data.

Kadora’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies required for site operation (for example, language preference) and analytics/advertising cookies/tags as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some site features.

7. How we share information

We may share information only as needed:

• Freight forwarders, customs brokers, and payment processors — limited to data required to ship or invoice an order.
• Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Google LLC — when you interact with Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, or when authorized staff use Google Ads API as described above.
• Authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect legal rights.

We do not authorize service providers to use your trade inquiry data for their own marketing.

8. Security

We protect data in transit using TLS (HTTPS). Access to inquiry records and OAuth credentials is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a B2B trade operation.

9. Retention

We retain business contact and order records for the duration of the trading relationship and for additional periods required by tax, customs, or contract law. Analytics logs are retained according to our analytics provider settings. OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted when no longer required for campaign management.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at kevin@kadoratrading.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11. International transfers

Kadora is based in China. If you submit information from the GCC, Europe, or other regions, your data may be processed in China and on servers used by our hosting and analytics providers. We take steps to protect data in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
