For Saudi Arabia, SASO/PCoC must be initiated by the importer via the SABER portal (standard practice). Kadora supplies laboratory test reports, technical files, and material composition data to your inspection agency for customs clearance.

Sample production takes 5–7 business days for catalog-standard configurations and 10–15 days for custom bespoke developments. Pay sample and shipping upfront; the sample fee is 100% credited toward your first bulk order once MOQ is met (standard 100 sets). Shipping is excluded from the credit.
Machine wash cold (≤30°C) on a gentle/delicate cycle using mild, neutral detergents. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as they degrade specialized fibers. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade. If pressing is required, iron on the reverse side at a low temperature; please note that innovative cooling fabrics must never be subjected to direct, high-heat ironing. Laundering prior to first-use is highly recommended.
