FAQ

What is the core difference between your natural-fiber and cooling collections?

Our Natural-Fiber Collection (100% Cotton, Lyocell, Linen blends) focuses on skin-friendly breathability for year-round comfort. Our Innovation Cooling Collection utilizes a specialized Polyethylene-Spandex blend with lightweight polyester filling. Tested by independent third-party labs, it achieves a Q-Max cooling value of 0.33, delivering an instant ice-cool sensation upon skin contact — making it the perfect seasonal bestseller for hot climates.

Are Kadora products engineered for hot and humid environments?

Yes, absolutely. Our cooling collection is purposefully designed for tropical and high-temperature markets, such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia. With a Q-Max value of 0.33 — which is 2.2 times the industry's baseline standard — our fabrics actively regulate microclimate sleep temperatures and maximize moisture wicking.

What sizing standards do you follow for global markets?

Catalog products are manufactured and quality-checked in centimeters (cm). Size labels shown on the website often reflect China domestic conventions — they are reference configurations, not fixed US/EU/Middle East retail sizes. For wholesalers targeting North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, or New Zealand, we provide full OEM dimension customization: Queen, King, Super King, AU/NZ sizes, EU pillowcases, fitted sheets, and complete set configurations from your tech pack or target measurements.

What materials and fabric options do you offer?

We offer both 100% premium long-staple cotton sateen (300TC to 500TC) and advanced hybrid/cooling material collections. Our product range includes specialized synthetic or blended fiber fabrics designed with high-performance cooling features, providing ultra-soft comfort and unique performance characteristics for hot sleepers.

Do your bedding sets include specialized features?

Yes, our collections feature advanced cooling technology built into the fibers, alongside clean aesthetic details like hidden YKK zippers.

Do your products meet international safety standards for infants and children?

Yes. Kadora's cooling collection has successfully passed the stringent GB 31701 Class A certification — the highest safety classification for textile goods directly contacting infants under 36 months. Testing confirms zero detectable formaldehyde and a complete absence of 24 restricted azo colorants, ensuring premium safety for the whole family.

Are your fabrics OEKO-TEX® certified?

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 applies to our cool-touch fabric products only — not to every SKU in the catalog. For cotton, linen, lyocell, or summer-mat lines, please request the exact material dossier for that item.

Do you provide SASO / SABER compliance certificates for Saudi Arabia?

We are highly familiar with Middle Eastern import protocols. Following standard international business practice, SASO/PCoC certifications must be initiated directly by the importer via the local SABER portal. Kadora is fully committed to cooperating with your designated inspection agency by providing all underlying laboratory test reports, technical files, and material composition analysis required to guarantee smooth customs clearance.

Can your factory accommodate Russia's Chestny Znak (Track & Trace) labeling?

Yes. While the digital cryptographic data matrix codes must be acquired locally by the registered Russian importer, our packaging lines are fully equipped to handle compliance placement. We can seamlessly apply your provided Chestny Znak barcodes onto individual product packaging and master cartons prior to container sealing.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ for fully customized bulk orders is 100 sets. For trial runs, smaller batch options can be discussed.

Do you support private label customization and OEM/ODM programs?

Yes, private labeling is a core pillar of our business. We provide extensive OEM/ODM manufacturing capability, including custom product dimensions, custom color dyeing, and corporate brand stitching. Customized wholesale quotation sheets are generated instantly upon review of your tech packs.

Can you customize multi-lingual product packaging or inserts (e.g., Arabic or French)?

Yes. To support your localization strategy, we can produce customized commercial packaging, washing labels, and marketing inserts in Arabic, French, Russian, or any target language. This service is available based on qualifying order volumes or standalone packaging development programs.

Can you customize dimensions and design sets?

Yes. We specialize in custom manufacturing, accommodating specific regional sizes (e.g., Australian King/Queen) and custom configurations (e.g., adding fitted sheets, European pillowcases, or custom champagne embroidery).

What is your sample lead time and refund policy?

Sample production takes 5–7 business days for catalog-standard configurations and 10–15 days for custom bespoke developments. Pay sample and shipping upfront; the sample fee is 100% credited toward your first bulk order once MOQ is met (standard 100 sets). Shipping is excluded from the credit.

What are the standard laundering instructions for Kadora bedding?

Machine wash cold (≤30°C) on a gentle/delicate cycle using mild, neutral detergents. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as they degrade specialized fibers. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade. If pressing is required, iron on the reverse side at a low temperature; please note that innovative cooling fabrics must never be subjected to direct, high-heat ironing. Laundering prior to first-use is highly recommended.

What Incoterms do you support by default?

We quote on an FOB (Free on Board) basis by default, utilizing premium, highly efficient maritime domestic ports such as Nantong or Ningbo. Alternate trade configurations including CIF, CFR, or DDP can be reviewed and arranged upon request — please declare your preferred destination port when submitting your initial RFQ.
